Flea & Tick/ Heartworm Preventative

Comfortis: For canine and felines 14 weeks and older, kills fleas and prevents infestations, is administered orally once a month.

Frontline Gold: Canine and Feline product that kills fleas, flea eggs, ticks, and chewing lice is applied topically once a month, 8 weeks and older.

Advantage Multi: Once a month topical solution, kills adult fleas, prevents heartworm, treatment and control of ear mite infestations, hookworms and round worms, 7 weeks and older.

Revolution: Once a month topical heartworm preventative and prevents and controls flea infestations in canines 6 weeks and older. Felines also once a month topical protects against fleas, heartworms and control of hookworms, roundworms and ear mites, 8 weeks and older.

Heartgard: Once a month oral chew to prevent heartworms and helps control round and hookworm infestations.

Trifexis Canine only, once a month tablet that kills fleas, prevents heartworm disease and treats and controls adult hookworm, roundworm and whipworm infections, 8 weeks and older.

Sentinel: Canine only, once a month oral flavor tablets to prevent heartworm, also controls flea populations, hookworm, roundworm and whipworm infestations. 

Proheart 6: A unique option for heartworm prevention, it is an injection given by the veternarian that protects your pet for 6 months.

Nexgard: A once a month flea & tick chewable, 8 weeks and older. 

Simparica: A once a month flea & tick chewable, 6 months of age and older.

Bravecto: A once every 3 month flea & tick chewable, 6 months of age and older.
